Introducing the small Spiru'Marine team!

Marie Gabrielle Capodano
Peasant of the Sea - President/Founder of SAS Spiru'Marine
An atypical career path and studies resumed late in life to gain a Master 2 in Quality Management, through an oyster hatchery and training in phytoplankton, led to the creation of The Gulf Nursery in 2012 (traditional activity) then in 2014 at SCEA Spiru'Breizh which became SAS Spiru'Marine in 2020.
An anchor in my DNA to only produce while preserving our environment has allowed me to develop with the numerous support of those who, like me, care about Mother Nature. Always keeping in mind that what we develop must be good for health, good for the planet, is a value that I help to pass on.
Today, I am proud to have developed a development program that allows me to be in line with my values and to have a team enriched by this commitment.

Adélaïde Le Grand
R&D Engineering
Holder of a doctorate in biology-health, I began my adventure in spirulina in 2015 by carrying out research work at the IRDL commissioned by the start-up.
From March 2017 to August 2021, I joined the company as a part-time R&D engineer where we highlighted the nutritional qualities as well as the differentiating characteristics of the only strain in the world to date, cultivated 100% in seawater: the Spiru'Breizh® strain.
In September 2021, I made the choice to work 100% for this magnificent project around marine spirulina but also alongside the formidable Marie-Gabrielle Capodano.

Kevin Betbeder
Laboratory technician, in charge of production
I'm thrilled to be joining a company where innovation drives performance. My role is to produce, plan, and monitor Spiru'Breizh® production in the micro-factory. I contribute to improving the production process to ensure a quality harvest and ensure compliance with market regulations.
As an athlete who likes to challenge himself, this year will be one of physical conditioning for future Iron Man participations, drawing on the Oceanic Booster® the virtues necessary for this intensive training.

Anaëlle Foll

Professionalization contract
To complete my engineering studies in Biological and Health Engineering, I joined the Spiru'Marine team for my 5th and final year at Polytech Angers - Engineering School of the University of Angers. Specializing in Innovative Engineering of Health Products, my projects will be focused on product development and innovation.
My mission is, among other things, to support Spiru'Marine in the development of product sheets and in the marketing of an innovative product that will join the existing food range.

After obtaining my professional degree in E-commerce and Digital Marketing, I decided to continue my studies by joining a master's degree in Product Marketing and Innovative Solutions at the IAE Orléans, on a work-study basis. I am delighted to cooperate in Spiru'Marine's ambitious and innovative project through my skills and knowledge in marketing and communication.
My mission is to take charge of the company's digital marketing strategy, developing the brand image on the web, including social networks and the spirumarine.com website.
The small Spiru'Marine team, led by founder Marie-Gabrielle Capodano, continues to grow. To complement their duo with Adélaïde Le Grand, PhD in Biology-Health, R&D Engineer, the company recruited three new work-study students with very distinct specialties for the 2022 academic year. The team expanded last December with the arrival of a new production manager. The complementary nature of each team is a real added value for the company, increasing the enthusiasm of its members and fostering the creation of innovative ideas.
